Delightful food, overall quiet little place.
new-fashioned double room with a private bathroom, balcony, for instance. very polite staff throughout. excellent and incredible location, really close to metro station.

The hotel was luxurious and exceptionally comfortable, I thoroughly enjoyed its affable staff. The room was neat, good sized with a balcony and the overall experience was really really nice. The food choices were amazing.

Luxurious and comfortable place, I really enjoyed to be here.
Had a great 4 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The bathroom was modern, and the room itself was newly decorated. The location was magnificent in the very nice area. Close to a tube station, a shopping street and a market were not far as well.

Absolutely charming place, but it was way too hot with air conditioning that didn't work. Supposed to be available but surprisingly turned off? The check-in experience was a nightmare, we showed up at the proper time and just stood there waiting. I thought i would give this place a good review, but i just couldn't.

This place was a great find! It's right in the heart of Madrid, surrounded by culture and just a short walk from museums and eateries. We enjoyed the spacious room with plenty of natural light, and our pets were comfortably accommodated too.
In my wife's opinion, a small play area for kids would be awesome.
